On 29th June, the Feast of Peter and Paul, the Patron Saints of Rome, the itinerant musical festival “Toccata and Fuga” is once again set to entertain thousands of tourists and Romans alike.
The singers and musicians who regularly bring to life the famous piazzas of the eternal city, (from Piazza di Spagna to Piazza S. Lorenzo in Lucina, from Piazza Navona to the Trevi Fountain), this time round are all appearing in front of the theatre of theatres: The Opera Theatre House.
From 6 p.m. on 29th June, opera singers and musicians will be taking turns to perform on the “Toccata and Fuga” stage, adding their own special touch of excitement and colour to one of the country’s major symbols of art.
