International Festival of Sacred Song

The Festival presents a choice selection of concerts of sacred vocal music – liturgical, spiritual, devotional and meditative – from different ages and traditions.

Special guests for this very first Festival are three choirs of international fame: from Norway The Consortium Vocale Oslo, from Slovenia The Vokalna Akademija Ljubljana and from Italy the Vocalia Consort. Another highlight of the Festival is the Sung Mass, to be performed with three choirs in the Basilica of St. Mary in Aracoeli at midday on Sunday June 6th.
